Specialty Group Classes and Private Sessions
- Core Body Fusion (A blend of mat-Pilates, Yoga and dance techniques, focusing on developing core strength, flexibility and form while providing a full body toning workout.)
- Pilates-Plus (Pilates-mat and/or apparatus exercises incorporating light/medium weights and resistance equipment focusing on the Pilates principles.)
- Pilates Circuit Training (Intermediate and advanced level circuit training session alternating between the Pilates reformer, trap table and wunda chair. Intense interchanging and faster paced, yet staying true to the Pilates principles and concepts.)

Rehabilitation
- The Pilates method used as a program to rehabilitate a host of injuries and post-surgical conditions especially common foot, knee, hip, neck and back injuries. (Doctor’s approval is necessary)
